Delta City - internacionalna nagrada za najbolji shopping mall
Delta City proglašen je za najbolji šoping-mol u Evropi u kategoriji novih šoping-molova srednje veličine. Ovo najznačajnije priznanje u oblasti komercijalnih nekretnina dodelio je žiri Međunarodnog udruženja šoping-centara (The International Council of Shopping Centers – ICSC), a nagradu je u Barseloni primila direktorka marketinga Delta Real Estate Slađana Lazić.
U konkurenciji za najbolji i najkomercijalniji šoping-mol bio je 41 kandidat iz 19 zemalja, a u finalu Delta Real Estate sa projektom Delta City pobedio je u konkurenciji sa šoping-centrima iz Portugala, Nemačke i Italije. Internacionalni žiri, sastavljen od eminentnih stručnjaka iz oblasti Real Estate, pri izboru je sagledavao kriterijume kao što su dizajn objekta, raznovrsnost ponude, posećenost, odnosi s potrošačima, ostvaren promet i uklopljenost centra u lokalnu infrastrukturu.
POBEDNIK SAINT-GOBAIN TROPHY ZA NAJBOLJI ENTERIJER IZVEDEN SA RIGIPS SISTEMIMA SUVE GRADNJE U 2006-2007. GODINI
Delta City je tržni centar u Beogradu, u Srbiji, i deo lanca Delta tržnih centara širom Balkana. Izgradnja je otpočela u martu 2006. i završena je u novembru 2007. godine za impresivnih 19 meseci. Delta City ima površinu od 85,000 m2 što je ekvivalentno površini 15 fudbalskih terena. To predstavlja svojevrstan rekord za projekat tih dimenzija.
Od ukupne ugrađene količine od oko 200.000 m2 Rigips gipskartonskih ploča i više od 35 Rigips sistema približno je 45.000 m2 ugrađeno u Rigips vatrootporne sisteme.
Projekat su uradili izraelski arhitekta Amy Moor i njegov biro MYS. Ukupan iznos za izgradnju projekta bio je 74 miliona €.
Od ukupne površine, 30,000 m2 namenjeno je izdavanju, a tu se nalaze: Nike, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Sephora i mnoge druge, kao i restorani i kafei.
Pešačka zona sa sjajnom lanternom čini prostor transparentnim i veselim. U jednom trenutku tu je bilo više od 200 Rigips montera suve gradnje.
Otvorene i zatvorene površine doprinose utisku monumentalnosti. Osvetljenje koje prodire kroz svetlarnik pojačava utisak životnosti enterijera. Betonske površine su finalno obrađene Rigips glet masom baziranom na gipsu, Rimano 3-6. Rigips gipskartonske ploče su efikasno primenjene za ovako kompleksan projekat i odgovaraju na potrebne zahteve za zvučnom izolacijom i protivpožarnom zaštitom.
Delta City je bio najveća investicija u Srbiji u 2007. godini.
THE BEST SHOPPING CENTRE IN EUROPE ACCORDING TO ICSC
Delta City won an award for the best European shopping-centre in the category of new, medium-size shopping-centres. This prestigious award in the world of retail real estate, presented by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) jury, was received in Barcelona by Slađana Lazić, Marketing Director of Delta Real Estate.
The competition for the best commercial shopping-centre included 41 candidates from 19 countries. In the finals, Delta Real Estate and the project Delta City won the competitors from Portugal, Germany and Italy. The international jury of prominent experts from the world of Real Estate made its decision by taking into consideration criteria such as design of facilities, variety of offer, number of visitors, customer relationship, turnover and the location of the facilities within the local infrastructure.
Delta City has floor area of 85,000 m2, which is equal to 15 football courts. That is a sort of a record for a project of such a dimension.
WINNER OF SAINT-GOBAIN TROPHY FOR THE BEST INTERIOR MADE WITH RIGIPS DRY LINING SYSTEMS BUILT IN YEAR 2006-2007
Delta City is a shopping mall located in Belgrade, Serbia, and part of a chain of Delta shopping malls in the Balkans. Delta City construction began on March 2006 and was finished on November 2007 for just amazing 19 months. Delta City has floor area of 85,000 m2, which is equal to 15 football courts. That is a sort of a record for a project of such a dimension.
200.000 m2 of Rigips plasterboards and more than 35 Rigips systems were built in this project and approximately the amount of 45.000 m2 is built in Rigips fire resistant systems.
Design was made by Israeli architect Amy Moor and his company MYS. The project value is 74 million €.
Leasable area is 30,000 m2 and there are shops such as Nike, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Sephora and many others, as well restaurants and cafés.
Pedestrian zone with shiny lantern makes space transparent and friendly. In one moment there were more than 200 Rigips plasterboard installers.
Open and wide areas enable feeling of monumentality. Light coming through the skylights enhances the lively impression of a friendly interior. Concrete surfaces were finished with Rimano 3-6, skimming material based on gypsum. Rigips plasterboards were efficiently applied for highly complex design and demanding fire and acoustic requirements. Special walls with 7 layers of Rigips plasterboards, double subconstruction and stone wool provide excellent sound isolation.
Delta City was the biggest investment in Serbia in 2007.
